Our in house technical team, with their expertise and knowledge, can create a bespoke packaging product for your brand from scratch.
We will arrange an initial call with you to discuss your brief and collate all your information together regarding the product purpose, material, decoration, and more. Once we receive your brief, we can potentially amend one of our existing packaging or create something from scratch for your brand.Timescales for development projects can vary. However we would recommend to factor in up to 3 months or half year to perfect your product.
A expected design drawings will be created for you. Once this is approved, mold will be submitted for production.
New mold will be finished within 2 months and the initial samples will be sumbit to you after two weeks. Adjustments can be made to your initial sample to adjust the functions, local details and capacity optimization.
Product Testing
After the mold adjustment was completed, we will process pre-production samples according to your final decoration. As standard all products will have the relevant testing carried out. Meanwhile, we will provide the testing samples for you doing Stability, Compatibility, Preservative efficacy testing (PET), & filling test. Additional testing may be available upon request.
Manufacturing
Once the product has passed all the testing stage we will proceed to order in raw materials (lead times may vary).
When all materials are on site the product will then be produced at our injection workshop to moving on to the assembly workshop, they will go through the painting workshop, printing workshop, or electroplating workshop and finish all decoration. Then they will be packed and do finial QA inspection.
After all the above tests are passed, we will provide professional inspection report. The goods will be transported by your freight forwarder to the filling factory you have specified.
Throughout every step of the process your dedicated account manager will keep you up to date to ensure the project is running smoothly.
